Staff was so wonderful. The bath towels had a rough touch to them and the carpet had not been vacuumed very well found old food close to the bedside. Complimentary breakfast was amazing except the eggs were really slimy.
4 stars due to some electrical issues in the hotel. Many of our plugs and some of the lights in the room didn't work. I feel like everyone was very accommodating. The room was fine.. it recently was renovated. Still a lot of renovations going on within the hotel.

The hotel is a little dated, but clean. Breakfast and coffe was always fresh. The staff was courteous and helpful. Taryn was especially helpful. She explained the Hilton Honors program and gave great suggestions for things to do and see. Excellent customer service!! Overall, a great place to stay. We'll definitely be back!!
My husband and I stayed here 2 years ago strictly because they had rooms with in-room hot tubs. We were not disappointed! The tubs are spacious, deep, and have ample hot water. We enjoyed it so much that we came back this past weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday, in the same type of room. The front desk staff are almost always pleasant, the rooms spacious, and ofc, the hot tub is great! • The bathroom does need a little work. It looks rough literally around the edges. There’s clear water damage and it looks quite dirty. The breakfast really depends on the day. The first day they had bacon, crispy potatoes, and eggs. The second, they had unappetizing beige chicken “sausage” and water mushy potatoes, but the egg frittata was pretty tasty. The tables were so incredibly sticky though, my napkin stuck to the table and left residue that I could not pick off. Overall, great choice for a budget hotel, esp if you get the room with the whirlpool tub! We will hopefully be back some day.
